Hello! I’m Gloria Caruso, your Family Vacation Specialist here at Second Star Travel. Whether you're researching your first cruise vacation, all-inclusive resort or maybe Disney, I’d like to help you get the right vacation at the best possible price. We take the stress out of planning and researching your vacation, so you can spend more time with your family.  My family loves to travel. We have been all over the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. I have been to Disney World over 30 times and only once to Disneyland. We have cruised on four different cruise lines and have cruised a total of nine times. We have flown, driven and hopped on a train to My experiences with my family and with helping my friends for so long has given me some great insight on what families want out of their vacations. It has taught me to listen to their needs, and to make sure that what they want and need comes first. Families want time to get away and enjoy themselves. To get away from their everyday problems and re-connect while on vacation. They do not want to worry about costs, transportation, and unexpected surprises, and we do everything in our power to eliminate these things. We have learned what works and doesn't work especially at Disney World and on cruise ships.
Our family started our cruising vacations when my youngest were three. We have sailed on Norwegian, Disney, Royal Caribbean, and the now gone Royal Majesty Cruiselines. Since we are a family of 5 we have learned the most cost effective but comfortable ways to cruise. We have done from adjoining inside cabins to balcony rooms and JR Suites. Nope, we have yet to ever stay in a full fledged suite! We will help you pick which cruise line is better suited for you family according to your likes and dislikes. We will help you with all your paper work, and make sure you are ready to cruise. We love cruising almost as much as we love Disney, and will make sure you enjoy your cruise vacation. Cruising is very different than it was a few years ago, and there truly is a cruise to suit everybody now. However, the vast number of choices, from a 12-person yacht in Alaska to mega-ships in the Caribbean and everything in betweeen, can be confusing. All the cruise lines now offer Children's programs, with some cruise lines have more extensive programs than others. These are some of the choices a family needs to make wisely, and we are here to help. We are also certified family travel specialists, Sandals certified specialists and Sea World Specialist . Travel is our way of learning about the world around us. The saying below has become one of our mottos. "The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page" - St. Augustine Our agecy gives 100% to customer service. We are always as far away as a phone call or email. Unlike conventional agencies we do not have set business hours. We answer our phones after 6pm and are open on weekends and weekdays. If you live within 10 miles of Franklin, MA, we will meet you at a local coffee shop or even your home to discuss your travel plan at a time convinient to you. I have traveled alone with the three of them when my twins were 3 and my oldest was 8 to Disney. My husband and I have traveled everywhere with them, and have learned many tricks to keeping everyone happy while on vacation. I am also a teacher and have taught for over 24 years (in regular ed, special ed, bilingual ed, and computers), and have been helping teachers and friends plan their cruises, Disney vacations and all-inclusive vacations for many, many years. We add which days to go to which parks, and explanations of how to use the Disney tickets, FastPass or Disney Dinning. We include park openings and closing, special everts and parties avaiable, and EMH for onsite guests. We have stayed at virtually every Disney resorts and have personally experienced the service at each one. We will answer any questions and help you plan the perfect vacation for YOUR family. When you book with us we will also help you make your Dining reservations. The first certification I achieved was my Disney College of Knowledge certification.
